Each homeroom at MTCA picks a Saint to learn about throughout the year . Mrs. Nowak and her 4- 6 grade students picked St. Kateri Tekakwitha.

Cada clase de MTCA elige a un santo sobre el que aprender a lo largo del año. La señora Nowak y sus alumnos de 4. a 6. curso eligieron a Santa Kateri Tekakwitha.

Saint Kateri Tekakwitha was the first Native American to be canonized. 🙏
She lived with remarkable courage and devotion to Christ. Known as the “Lily of the Mohawks,” she reminds us that holiness can flourish in every culture and circumstance.

Dear MTCA Families,

As we prepare to open our doors for a wonderful new school year tomorrow, August 19, we keep our hearts full of gratitude and prayer. We are so excited to welcome our students back to learn, grow, and walk together in faith!

First Day Essentials
Uniform: Students should arrive dressed in their full school uniform.
Lunch: Please pack a lunch for your child.
Schedule: Tomorrow is a 12:00 PM Early Dismissal for all students.

Arrival & Dismissal Procedures
Morning Arrival (All Students PreK–8): Drop-off begins at 7:30 AM at the front of the building.
Tomorrow 12:00 Dismissal and Standard 3:00 PM Dismissal (For future regular school days):
PreK, Kindergarten & Sibling Families: Dismissed from Door 7 at the back of the gym, right by the Mother Teresa mural.
Grades 1–8: Dismissed at the front of the building. Please form two lines in the parking lot to keep traffic moving safely.
Staff Support: Our dedicated staff will be present during arrival and dismissal to guide students and ensure everyone stays safe.

May God bless our staff, students, and families as we begin this journey together under the guidance of Saint Mother Teresa. We cannot wait to see you all tomorrow morning!
