This weekend, 8 members of the Cardinal Band got the opportunity to perform with the K-State University Marching Band at the KSU football game vs. Tulane.
The students had a great time learning some awesome music and getting to perform with the university marching band.

Lots of fun, but lots of work. They were tired after the game!

Great work everyone, awesome performance! Thank you K-State Marching Band for having us!!!

Do YOU want to help out the Crete HS Marching Band? We are in need of volunteers to donate water and snacks for our marching events. We want to make sure our students stay hydrated in the hot weather and energized after playing/marching so much.

If you can help out, here is a signup link to bring water or snacks for our band students:

Band Camp 2026 is in the books!
We had a GREAT camp this year. Very good work, dedication, and attitude from all of our members. I am so proud of the progress we made since Monday. These students did so well and have a great head start on the school year. THANK YOU to everyone who came out and gave it their all.

Thank you to Dr. Feyes from Doane for bringing us popsicles during our break and for working with our leadership!

Thank you to Preston Pierce, a drum major for the Cornhusker Marching Band, for spending the last day with us! Playing trumpet, helping out, and showing us his mace routine.

Go Band💪🎺🎵🎷🥁
