For our alumni and former Warriors who may no longer live in the area, watch our virtual tour of the new CMHS Sportsplex and see how the CMHS campus is evolving while honoring a piece of Crete-Monee history that will always hold a special place in our hearts: the legendary Dome.

The new Warrior Stadium Sportsplex is building on that legacy, creating new opportunities for today’s students and future generations while celebrating the memories, traditions, and Warriors who came before them.

Whether you’re down the road or miles away, you’ll always be a Warrior.

Meet our September CMHS Alumni Spotlight, James Cunningham, Class of 2017! A Crete-area native and the oldest of six, James discovered his passion for storytelling and video production while at CMHS. After high school, he pursued that passion through Columbia College and Illinois State University, eventually becoming the lead videographer for the ISU football team.

That work led to his current role at Intel Gaming as a Senior Television Producer, where he leads the creation of content for global gaming campaigns—from commercials and media days to large-scale live events. 🎥

💡 His advice to students: "Apply yourself and try to find what you love as early as you can. And if you don’t know yet, think about what you could grow to love. Life isn’t always easy, and opportunities don’t just appear — a lot of my success has come from consistency and putting in the work. You don’t have to burn yourself out, but it’s important to give your best effort. You never know who’s watching or what door might open because of it."
