Earlier this month, OCS students in Arvin Educational Center Culinary Arts pathway spent the day planning, prepping, and plating a full meal for administrative staff and the results were restaurant-worthy!

From menu design to final presentation, students put classroom learning into practice, running real food service from start to finish. Admin staff enjoyed the meal and had nothing but praise for the young chefs behind it.

A great example of hands-on learning in action and a glimpse at some future chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality pros in the making! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Join us for the 2nd week of “Show in a Week: Alice in Wonderland”. July 6-10, grades 6-12, 9am-4pm, with a big performance on the final day of camp!
