Hello Everyone,
As some of you may already know, Terapia Pilates Studio will be closing at the end of this month.
I will be leaving in September to move back to Costa Rica full time and Anikke is headed back to live in Telluride.

As a thank you to clients, both past and present, as well as any new clients that would like to experience Pilates, I am offering sessions at a greatly reduced rate for this month. Private sessions will be $50/per or $45 for 4 or more sessions. Semi-privates will be $25/per person/session or $20/per person/session for 4 or more sessions. If you'd like to take advantage of the multiple session discounts, you will need to schedule all of your sessions at the time of purchase as time is limited and my schedule will be tight.
Please book any sessions as soon as possible as the studio will be busy as the month progresses.

Classes will be held throughout the month...
Tuesdays/Thursdays 9am - Foundational Mat
Tuesdays/Thursdays 5pm- Progressive Mat & Circuit (Intermediate/Advanced students only)
Saturdays 10 am- Open level Mat

***There is also a 10:15am Tues/Thurs Foundational Circuit class that will continue for the month if there are enough people interested. This class is open to anyone who'd like to experience the work on the Pilates equipment. Please email me if you'd like to join this class for the month, or even to drop in and try a class.

We will not be selling any more punch cards for classes, but will honor the class punch card rate of $10/class for mat and $15/class for circuit as a per class drop-in rate. Please bring cash or check each time to class if you do not have a punch card. Those of you still possessing punch cards will need to finish them up this month!!!

Lauren is in Costa Rica for the season, but the studio is still open! Anikke Storm is teaching the Tuesday/Thursday 9am Foundational Fitness Mat Class, the Tuesday/Thursday 10am Foundational Circuit Class, the Tuesday 5pm Progressive Mat Class and the Thursday 5pm Progressive Circuit Class. She is also available for private & semi-private sessions!
