Dalton Ag Products, one of the businesses that helped us out with our Welding Skills Challenge & Industry Career Fair last week

Dalton Ag Products is proud to have one of our own, serve as a judge for the Southwestern Community College High School Welding Skills Challenge.

Hayden Bayles attended SWCC and participated in this contest while there, then he selected Dalton Ag Products as his internship that lead to his career in welding with us full-time. Hayden shared that he really appreciated that SWCC provided opportunities for participation in the state and national welding competitions which prepared him to deal with real life situations.

When asked what he liked about his current position with Dalton is the sense of responsibility to make sure everyone in his area continues to have work in front of them and the problem solving skills he gets to apply to accomplish that goal.
