MARCH stands for, Mental Health. Accountability. Recharge. Change. Healing. In addressing long standing anxiety and stalemate the above acronym is a guide. Using these types of interventions will challenge a person to look deep inside and forge new neuro pathways. These pathways are then utilized to aid in continued personal growth. Please prioritize your, MARCH and take charge of change.

1. **Mental Health**: Prioritizing mental health is crucial. This involves seeking professional help if needed, practicing self-care, managing stress, and being aware of your mental well-being.

2. **Accountability**: Taking responsibility for your actions, thoughts, and emotions is important for personal growth. Holding yourself accountable can help you make positive changes and progress towards your goals.

3. **Recharge**: Ensuring you take time to recharge and rejuvenate is essential for maintaining overall well-being. This can involve activities that relax you, bring you joy, and help you destress.

4. **Change**: Embracing change and being open to new perspectives and experiences is key for personal growth. It's important to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, and be willing to adapt to new situations.

5. **Healing**: Acknowledging past wounds, traumas, and emotional baggage is important for healing and moving forward. Seeking support, practicing self-compassion, and working through unresolved issues can aid in the healing process.

By prioritizing these aspects of the MARCH acronym, individuals can embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and positive change. Remember that change takes time and effort, so be patient with yourself as you navigate this process.

It's great that you're prioritizing your mental health and promoting self-care. Here are some questions you can consider asking yourself during your mental health check-in:

1. How am I feeling emotionally today? Am I experiencing any specific emotions that I need to address or process?

2. What thoughts have been occupying my mind? Are there any recurring negative thoughts or patterns that I need to challenge or reframe?

3. How is my body feeling physically? Am I experiencing any tension, pain, or discomfort that I need to address?

4. Have I been taking care of my basic needs, such as sleep, nutrition, and exercise?

5. Have I engaged in activities that bring me joy or relaxation recently? If not, how can I incorporate more of these activities into my routine?

6. Have I connected with a supportive friend or loved one recently? Am I feeling socially connected or isolated?

7. What are my current stressors or sources of anxiety? How can I address or manage these stressors effectively?

8. Am I setting realistic expectations for myself? Am I being too hard on myself or taking on too much at once?

By regularly checking in with yourself and asking these types of questions, you can gain insight into your mental and emotional well-being and take steps to address any areas that may need attention. Remember to be kind to yourself and prioritize self-care as you navigate your daily routines.
