This year we will have mindfulness classes 4 days of the week! Head to our website (classes & events tab) to book a full series! One day a week (or pick multiple) from the start of the school year until October break!

Or do a drop in! Classes will serve pre-k kids too!

Email with any questions! Save your child’s spot! Pick up from the community school at 3:30 is included!

Guess what?! We just launched our first Tenderfoot Mindfulness Series! If your child attends Tenderfoot Preschool in Gunnison, they can now join us for a mindfulness class during the school day!
