This year, Richland is introducing a new administrative structure to better engage and support our students and families.

What a wonderful day for our community! 🎒📚
Last Saturday, Richland Elementary School had the pleasure of welcoming students and families to the Back to School Fair hosted by Sen. Meg Loughran Cappel and Rep. Natalie Manley. With more than 50 vendors, free school supplies, family activities and helpful resources, the event brought our community together and helped students prepare for a successful new school year.
Opening our doors for events like this gives us an important opportunity to build relationships, listen to families, and connect them with people and resources that can support their children’s success. We look forward to continuing this work alongside our families and community partners throughout the 2026-27 school year.
Thank you to Sen. Loughran Cappel, Rep. Manley, the participating organizations, volunteers and staff members who made the day possible, and to all the students and families who joined us! Enjoy a look back at some of the day’s special moments.
