We pride ourselves on providing you with a high quality educational experience and we are excited that came to us. Shaun Pandolfi has over 20 years of experience in the public safety field. Shaun
started working as a public safety telecommunicator (PST) Ridgefield Police Department, which at the time was a regional communications center serving as a public safety answering point (PSAP) for 7 municipalities with a population of approximately 100,000 people by dispatching police, fire and EMS by providing call-screening. Shaun has also worked as a staff emergency medical dispatcher (EMD) for MICCOM and eventually a senior charge dispatcher. MICCOM is a large, accredited regional emergency medical service dispatch agency which provided basic life support (BLS), Advanced life support (ALS), non-emergency dispatch, aero-medical evacuation dispatcher and 9-1-1 EMD call screening for urban, suburban and rural areas of Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Sussex and Warren counties in New Jersey. The combined service area had a population of nearly 2.2 million residents. Shaun is still working as a dispatcher and is with Saint Clare’s Health Communications Center in Dover, New Jersey. Saint Clare’s Communications provides basic life support (BLS), Advanced life support (ALS), non-emergency dispatch services to Morris, Sussex and Warren counties in New Jersey. Shaun is a NECI instructor for Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD), Basic 9-1-1 communications certifications (BTC) and Fire Communications National Certifications as well as a AHA CPR instructor.
