NLC Day 5 - 🍔🔑 Thursday was officially the last day for Ravenna FBLA at the National Leadership Conference in San Antonio… and it was full of excitement!
In the morning, the members drove up to Gruene, a small tourism town with plenty a of opportunities for souvenirs and Texan merch. They also got to see the Gruene Dance Hall which is famously known for sparking the career of George Strait and many other classic country artists. 🤠🎙️
After a long morning of shopping, a visit to the local In-N-Out Burger Joint was a delicious little side-quest.🍟🍔
After gaining some well-needed fuel, the chapter members took on the Carn-Evil escape room. Through some clowns, some locks, and a couple of hints, the group escaped the room with minutes to spare. This escape room was Mr. Ellis’s first time he had a group of students escape despite his nine year annual escape room/team bonding activity- so, it’s a pretty big deal! 🤡
That night, Ravenna FBLA attended the Awards of Excellence awards ceremony to support the Nebraska event finalists and meet with the state one last time.🏆
Through a six day trip without a dull moment, it’s safe to say the Ravenna FBLA ‘made its mark’ at the 2026 National Leadership Conference! 🏜️💜
