Today is another important day! October 2nd is CUSTODIAN APPRECIATION DAY!
We have two wonderful custodians who work so hard keeping our school clean and sparkling amongst many other things.

Thank you for all you do!

October is National Principals Month! We might be biased but we have the BEST!

Take a look at the shout out about Mrs. Jackson from RIASP 👇

October is National Principals Month and hopefully school communities around Rhode Island are appreciating and celebrating their principals.
We begin the month with a shoutout to Ms. Marisa Jackson, principal of Woodridge Elementary School in Cranston. She is described by her staff as a leader who builds collaboration, uses data to keep a focus on student achievement, and creates strong connections with families and the community.
Have you thanked your principal this month?

🎭 We’d Love a Few More Students for The Jungle Book! 🐾

Our first-ever after-school theater program is getting ready to bring The Jungle Book to life — and we’d love to have a few more students join us!

Worried about the audition? Don’t be! An audition is simply a way for us to get to know each child’s interests and find a role that’s a good fit. Every child will have a meaningful way to participate!

🎤 Acting & speaking
🎶 Singing
🐾 Group/ensemble roles
🎨 Costumes, props & set help
🎭 Behind-the-scenes roles

Your child doesn’t have to be an experienced actor or singer — we want kids to have fun, try something new, build confidence and be part of the team!

💵 $100 for the 12-week program
📅 Tuesdays after school • Begins Sept. 29
📝 Permission slips due Friday, Sept. 25

Come be part of the show! 🎭🐾

EMAIL [email protected] WITH ANY QUESTIONS!

We now have an extra month to raise funds!

Does your child enjoy multiple field trips each year? After school programs and in class enrichment?

These funds DIRECTLY support those opportunities! Please consider raising to ensure we are able to provide these very important experiences!
