Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the fun this last Saturday at the Lonnie Greenway Memorial Tractor Pull. We had a blast and hope that the food we provided with our concession efforts was pleasing to all that contributed to our cause. It was fun to see the tractors, trucks and mean machines that made the dirt fly! It was even more enjoyable to see community members, friends, family, and fellow school members at the event. We greatly look forward to next year's pull and will look to build on this year's success.

Thank you, Crane community and surrounding areas! Thank you, Crane Trap Team, for allowing us to be a part of the tractor pull in which you have done such a good job with producing in the past. Thank you, Southern Missouri Truck and Tractor Puling Association for assisting us with our first year of involvement with the pull.

Thank you to everyone who purchased mums with our Fall mum sale fundraiser. It was a great success, and the funds will be used for FFA chapter fees, FFA jackets for freshman, and also for the students who will be attending the 99th National FFA Convention.

Next year we will look to start advertising sooner and also will look to offer a pre-sale price associated with the Crane Broiler Festival then we will go to a regular price once our sale officially begins.

Again, thank you so much for your support and contributions. We hope that your mums are still thriving and bringing you a smile. After a long, hot summer we all were excited for Fall to officially be here to stay.

University of Missouri - Extension field day
Research Center - Mt. Vernon
9/17/26

Crane FFA members had a fun time at field day! Weather was not too hot, and we had a consistent breeze. Fingers-crossed for a tractor sponsorship from Crown Power - Monett for the school farm. Had the pizza buffet from Mazzios at Mt. Vernon on the way back, Mr. Mease likes pizza buffets; actually, he likes all buffets.
