Crane Broiler Festival Raffle updates:

Congratulations to Nathan McCullough for winning our 1/4 beef raffle that was sponsored by Chris Hammen Agency- Shelter Insurance and Four State Stockyards of Exeter, Missouri. We appreciate all who entered the raffle and for supporting our local FFA chapter!

The 50/50 100 square board was not filled completely and will continue to be raffled until completed. Updates will continue to follow until completed and the winner is selected.

We greatly enjoyed being a part of the Crane Broiler Festival this past weekend. We helped cook chicken, manage the festival trash, and interacted with the community along side our Alumni at our neighboring booths. Thank you to everyone who supports our local chapter. The 75th anniversary was a blast and we look forward to helping out again next year!

50/50 Raffle fundraiser
Buy a square at $20/square to be eligible to win up to $1,000.00

This will be our secondary raffle fundraiser at the Crane Broiler Festival this Friday the 21st and Saturday the 22nd!

Stop by our booth and buy a square for the chance to win or reach out via Facebook messenger if you are not able to attend event but want to enter the raffle.

Winner will be revealed on Facebook live, following the conclusion of the Crane Broiler Festival.

A quarter of a beef, approx. 125 pounds!

This is one of a few raffles that we will be conducting at our table during the Crane Broiler Festival.
If you are not able to attend the festival and are interested in entering this raffle, reach out via messenger and we can get you recorded.
The winner will be drawn on Monday the 24th.

Crane Community, supporters, and friends

School is weeks away from being back in session and the kids are scrambling to enjoy the last days of summer break!
I wanted to post the first 3 months of our chapter's 2026-2027 calendar to inform you of upcoming events.
(we will be attending the Crane Broiler Festival where we will have a booth with program information, raffles, and chapter members. I will be providing further information concerning our raffles in the following days.)
I will continue throughout the year to utilize our page as the main location for news and updates for the general public. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.

We are excited, as a chapter, to kick off the start of the school year and greatly look forward to seeing you all around soon. Thank you!

Don't forget this Saturday starting at 6:00 in the high school cafeteria we will be celebrating everything our members have accomplished this year!! We do ask that members be in official dress. If you need to borrow anything let Mr. Hensley know!

Yesterday we wrapped up Day 3 of State Convention for the Crane FFA!

Students started out the day attending the career fair where they were able to meet colleges and industries from around the United States and where they were able to grow their network of connections!

We then wrapped up the day with a nice steak dinner and with the 5th and final session of the convention where we got to see Hunter Campbell and Riley Wilson join a record setting 1,141 members from across Missouri FFA with receiving their State FFA Degrees! This is the highest award that Missouri FFA can bestow upon its members. They are easily recognizable by their gold chain that hangs on their hip! Congratulations Riley and Hunter!

Although the storms delayed us getting home much later than we wanted everyone made it safely home and had an amazing time at the 98th Missouri State Convention!

Day 2 of State FFA Convention was a busy one! FFA members started off their day with a nice visit to Stephen's Lake Park in Columbia before attending the business session where FFA delegates Turley Howell and Katie Cox got to represent the Crane FFA chapter for the voting of constitutional amendment changes/additions to Missouri FFA's constitution.

We then stopped for a quick bite to eat before enjoying some down time playing mini golf and racing each other in some good old fashion go-karts.

We then returned to Mizzou arena for the third general session where two of our Area winning proficiencies were recognized on stage for their hard work and dedication! Congratulations to Reese Custer and Audrey Gatton (not pictured)!! 🥳

We're excited to wrap up State convention with the career fair and State Degree session tomorrow!

Missouri State FFA Convention is in full swing! 7 Crane FFA members earned their spot to attend the Missouri FFA state convention in Columbia.

Members spent the morning learning about the many uses and the importance of soybeans from the Soybean Innovation Center as well as learning a little bit of Missouri's history by touring Missouri State Penitentiary in Jefferson City!

They then ended the evening attending the first general session where we got to hear inspiring words from some of our state FFA officers. Stay tuned as we get to celebrate our student's success as they take the stage for proficiency awards and state degrees!
