💰 Payment: Please turn in CASH OR ONE CHECK for the entire amount to your team mom.

🔔 Doing a buyout? You still MUST fill out and turn in a fundraiser form!

Please make sure everything is turned in by Tuesday so we can get all orders processed.

Our Pirate 4/5 Team is hitting the road this Saturday, September 12th to take on the Sunnyvale Raiders!

• Only badged coaches and players/cheerleaders are permitted on the field.
• Canopies are allowed toward the top of the stands, but please do not block the press box.

It’s time to get POPPIN’! 🎉 Our CYSA fundraiser runs through September 14th!
🍿 $5 per bag
🍿 4 cups per bag
🍿 Each participant must sell at least 20 bags
💰 Don’t want to sell? Choose the $60 buyout option!
👉 Even if you choose the buyout, you MUST turn in a completed fundraiser form.
📅 Money and forms are due to your Team Mom by September 14th!
💵 Payment: Cash or ONE check for your entire order, made payable to CYSA.
🚫 No Zelle will be accepted.
🍿 Popcorn will be distributed at practice the week of September 28th.

🚨🚨 IMPORTANT PARKING LOT SAFETY NOTICE🚨🚨

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, THE PARKING LOT PROCEDURE IS CHANGING.

For the safety of our athletes, NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE IN FRONT OF THE GRASS PRACTICE AREAS WHERE K/1 AND 2/3 PRACTICE.

🛑 Cones will be placed across the aisles closest to the grass. DO NOT MOVE OR DRIVE AROUND THE CONES.

Parents MUST PARK THEIR VEHICLE and walk up to drop off their child for practice. There will be NO drive-through drop-off in this area.

We have young athletes walking, running, and practicing near this area, and vehicles driving through create an unnecessary safety risk.

Please follow this rule every practice. This is not optional.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation as we work to keep our athletes, coaches, and families safe. 🏈📣
