For just a moment, I’d like to take a time. To say that there has been many moments for the past few years, many have passed. My heart has fallen tears have dropped. Yet very few words have been said. Cause those have fallen had been in another lifetime. Some friends, some lovers. And some family of others that you knew closely.  We say I love you. We say I care. We say someday. Why we don’t speak, why we don’t cry, why, it is only with a sigh. Because the loss of those are not just for a moment, therefore, the restless nights. The nights that we lay awake, wishing we had the chance. To those for all sake. ps..KL

Love is seen someone playing and being silly. Love is catching that moment because you know it matters. Every moment matters.

I wake in the middle of the night, wide awake, with the idea I need to do something. Rough when you realize you are on the top of the hill in life, looking to see what hill to climb next. But I don't find roads or even paths to get to where I am called to go?

How is it that when we lose a family member. We all of a sudden decide that we need to reach out to the ones we love and tell them how much we love them. I’m curious why did I not do this daily?

One more step closer to walking in the path of my life purpose. It took me a few more months than I expected to finish this course. But all good things in time!

I feel that letting go of our anger especially after a loves one is gone is one of the hardest things to do. We don't have somebody we can yell at we don't have somebody that can listen. I love that she teaches us to use a mirror to use our self to use healthy ways to let go of the anger. Also, remembering that forgiveness is for the self.
