If you are interested in the newest sport dance 💃, please see below. If you want to join bowling 🎳, or any of the other 20 sports we offer throughout the year, please reach out.
If you are interested in knowing more about how to get involved with Special Olympics, please reach out.
We are always looking for:
Athletes (individual with an intellectual disability ages 2-100)
Unified Partners (someone who plays without an intellectual disability)
Coaches (helps support the athletes and partners, minimal sport experience needed and we provide the tools for you)
Volunteers (crucial part of making each event happen)

We will be touring CNCC on Aug. 13 at 1:00PM so we can learn more about the various programs available and meet staff. Please let Mrs. Simonet know if you plan to attend and what program you are most interested in.

SWAP would like to congratulate its students that will be finishing the Cosmetology Program this month. We are very proud of you.

Please join CNCC as we celebrate our graduating Cosmetology students in our Annual Cosmetology Pinning Ceremony. The ceremony will be held at 3 pm on Thursday, July 30th, in the CNCC Craig Campus Library.

🗓️ Tuesdays and Fridays
🕙 10:00–11:00 AM or until supplies last
Tuesday pickups include 4 days’ worth of breakfast and lunch.
Friday pickups include 3 days’ worth of breakfast and lunch.
One bag per child is allowed.

Moffat County SWAP would like to thank Memorial Regional Health Population Health Department for using RCORP-BHS grant funds to help stock the Bulldog Care Closet. They are helping so many students to be able to focus more on school and less on basic needs.

Next week, starting Monday, May 4, Moffat County School District is participating in Spread the Word Spirit Week in celebration of our very own Special Olympics track and field day on Wednesday, May 6. Spread the Word Spirit Week is a global movement empowering youth and communities to stop derogatory language, stand up to bullying, and take meaningful inclusive action, one pledge at a time. Our Spirit Week activities are listed on the attached flyer, and we hope you'll empower your students to participate!
