Hello!!!
My name is Josh Nelson and I’ve been around the gym my entire life. In high school I was a 3 sport athlete and went on to college to play baseball. I hurt my back in my younger 20’s and was told I would need surgery to fix it. It made me nervous to have my spine worked on at such a young age so I just stopped doing a lot of the things I love, like playing sports and working out.
I found yoga and decided to give it a try, it changed my life, it was everything I needed mentally and physically. It challenged me in ways I’ve never been challenged and it also strengthened my core and back and it made me able to handle everything I want to do!
I enjoy all sports, bike-joring, mountain biking, hiking and fishing with my family.
