NCCA officially opened in Covington, Georgia for the 2011-2012 school year.
The Newton College and Career Academy (NCCA) is located in Covington, Georgia and serves the students of the Newton County School System (NCSS). Students in all three Newton County high schools are eligible for enrollment at NCCA.

Congratulations to Newton High School and Newton College & Career Academy STEM Institute Associate Dhakiya Knights who just received the Stamps Scholarship to Mercer University. This includes a full ride plus an added stipend that can be used for research and travel abroad. The Stamps Scholarship is awarded yearly to approximately 250 seniors across the globe. It is an internationally prestigious scholarship program and community that helps exceptional students become meaningful leaders throughout society.
