Kitchen will be closed tom (thurs.) through Monday due to the fire suppression system getting redone! We will reopen on Tuesday in full swing!

Really had a good day. Got some Chickens D-boned. We also made some club sandwiches and chef salads. And of course the oreo pie!

Starting back up this year! Today the culinary team made several different thing. We had some chocolate cakes getting iced, as well as some chocolate chip cookies being made. And of Course OUR WORLD FAMOUS OREO PIE!
