Thank you to Covington Fire & Rescue and Marias Technology! We are grateful to have such an amazingly supportive community.

Covington Fire & Rescue visited the elementary school earlier this week to distribute fire prevention coloring books and smoke detectors as part of our ongoing fire safety education efforts.

Students in kindergarten through second grade received educational materials, and all newly enrolled kindergarten students received a free smoke detector, thanks to the generosity of a local business.

Marias Technology has proudly supported this program for many years, helping us promote fire safety and protect families throughout our community.

We sincerely appreciate Marias
Technology's continued generosity and commitment to supporting our department and our community during Fire Prevention Week!

☀️ What a beautiful morning for the CES Walk-a-thon! 👟

A big THANK YOU to all the parents and families who joined us on the track at Smith Field to cheer on our students.

To top off a great day, our elementary students gathered for an assembly where top fundraisers got to silly string their teachers and Mr. Long! 🎉 As you can tell from the photos... everyone had an absolute blast!

Today was Farm to Fork Day at Covington Elementary! 🐴🌾

This is one of our FAVORITE days of the year, where students from the UVCC/Covington HS FFA chapter present activities to our elementary students about the origins of the food they eat every day. This year's theme was all about horses!

We love seeing our older Buccs teaching our younger Buccs!
