Need some advice as a parent how to handle this situation

Child really sad asking him what’s wrong he wouldn’t say anything, his little brother goes to say dad some boys be bullying on him at school

They were in line for breakfast 3 kids in line, kid #2 tap kid #1 ask him do he want to join his gang and help beat up kid #3; kid #1 then say that’s my bother and we don’t gang, then they walk off..

I feel really bad I was just talking to kid #1,3 and I was asking them why didn’t they take up for each other, they say dad u teach us not to fight or say bad words, he getting bullied at school as his father teaching him to be good, we pray every night, teaching them to be wise kids but at school that’s not helping them because other kids see it as weakness, and I know I’m teaching him right. How do we teach them in these situations....

Happy Retirement Mr. Palmer!
He started teaching in 1976. He's taught in the Bahamas, Grand Cayman, Florida, Maryland, and Georgia. He has a total of 35 years teaching experience. He's been here in Newton county since 2006 and only at Livingston. He's been dedicated as he's traveled over 45 min to come to work for 17 years.

With his island way, he has always been calm and optimistic. Thanks to you for your vast contribution, not only to the academic life of all the students who were in your care, but for every other aspect of school-life where you were generous with your time and talents. You shared so much with staff and students alike.

We wish you the best in your retirement. We hope that you love every moment and that retirement is everything that you hoped it would be. We pray for your good health. May you find life after retirement filled happy moments with a lot of beautiful memories.
