Now Hiring: Lower Elementary Guide (Covington, LA)

Montessori Moments is looking for a Lower Elementary Guide to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a Monday–Thursday position working with our 1st–3rd grade students in a small, close-knit learning environment.

What you'll do:
~Lead daily instruction for a small group of lower elementary students (max 8)
~Guide students through core academics using our chosen curriculum
~Build relationships with students and families — our classes are small on purpose
~Collaborate with our teaching team on curriculum and student progress

What we're looking for:
~A love of teaching
~Experience working with elementary-age children (classroom, tutoring, or homeschool experience all count)
~Certifications not needed
~Reliable, warm, organized, and ready to be part of a small team

Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Compensation: Based on experience
