Just a reminder that our Cedar Valley Town Hall is today, Wednesday, October 7th, from 6:00–7:00 PM!

We are actively planning several exciting events and would love to hear from our Cedar Valley families as we plan for the months ahead. This is a great opportunity to share your feedback, offer ideas, and let us know what you would love to see at our school!

Some of the events we’re currently planning include:
Monster Bash & Trunk or Treat
Holiday Shop & Winter Event
STEAM Night
…and more!

Whether you have a big idea, a suggestion for something we could do differently, or simply want to hear what’s coming up, we want to hear from you!

You do not need to be a PTA member to attend. This is your school community, and your input matters!

If bringing food isn't your thing, we'd still love your help with setting up before or cleaning up after the meals. Every helping hand makes a difference!

Let’s Feed Our Teachers During Conference Week!

Conference week means long days and late evenings for our incredible Cedar Valley teachers and staff. They’re giving their extra time to support our kiddos and connect with families, and we want to make sure they’re taken care of, too!

The PTA is providing dinner for our teachers and staff, and we’d love your help making it happen!

🌮 Monday, October 12 — Taco Bar
🥔 Tuesday, October 13 — Potato & Salad Bar

We’re looking for families to donate dishes, ingredients and other essentials to help us put together two delicious meals!

🔥 Bringing a hot dish? Please make sure it arrives hot and ready to serve, or include heating instructions and bring it early enough for us to reheat it before dinner.

📱 Using SignUpGenius on a mobile device? The signup may be more than one page. Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom and click “More” to view all available signup slots!

Every contribution—big or small—helps us show our teachers how much we appreciate them!
