Happy Friday of Homecoming Week! Today is Blue and Gold Day and the Student Council teamed up with the Alumni Office to distribute popsicles at lunch. St. Paul's takes on Hammond tonight at 7:00pm in Hunter Stadium. Come out and support your wolves!

Street Smart presenters Javier and Oscar spoke to the students at an assembly today about using sound judgement and making wise choices when they drive, including wearing a seatbelt, not being distracted, and not driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The assembly, sponsored by Champagne Beverage Co., was very moving and effective and we thank them!

It's Homecoming Week at St. Paul's and the Student Council has several SPIRIT activities lined up for this week. Today everyone was invited to wear their favorite college jersey or shirt. Of course, we already know which school is everyone's favorite High School!

Last week we wrapped up Founder's Week with Field Day, including a Senior vs Faculty volleyball game. We are thrilled to be 105 years young!

Happy Birthday Brother Alfred, who turns 94 years young today. We value his presence as a member of our retired Brothers Community. We offer him prayer and best wishes. We thank him for his life as a Christian Brother in the cause of Lasallian education, especially at SPS, where he has labored for so many years of his religious life. Ad multos annos, Brother Alfred! Thank you for your life as a Christian Brother!
