💙💛 ONE WEEK + TWO DAYS DOWN! 💛💙

And our FFA students are already off to a GREAT start! 🌱🐄

We’ve spent the first week and a half getting to know one another, building relationships, and strengthening those all-important leadership skills! 💪🏼✨

Our students have tackled team-building challenges like Spaghetti Towers 🍝🏗️, while our upperclassmen have been sharpening their professional skills through Interview Speed Dating 🎤👔—and that’s just the beginning!

From teamwork and communication to leadership and confidence, we’re making sure our students are ready to LEAD, GROW, and SUCCEED both inside and outside the classroom! 💙💛

We can’t wait to see what the rest of this school year has in store for our FFA chapter! 🌱🐮✨

Our Newton FFA Officers had a full day of learning, leadership, and community connections at our C**T Conference!

A huge thank you to Heather Bowman with Leadership Newton County for sharing valuable leadership insights with our officers. We also appreciate Serra Hall from Covington Economic Development for giving our members a closer look at the exciting growth and opportunities happening throughout Newton County.

Our officers had the opportunity to visit Berry's Tree Farm, LLC, where owner Chuck Berry shared the story of his operation and provided an inside look at the daily workings of his farm.

A special thank you to Newton County, Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance for sponsoring lunch for our group!

We wrapped up the day with a visit to one of our local fire departments, where members toured the firehouse, learned about the daily responsibilities of firefighters, and gained a greater appreciation for their service to our community. Members were also honored to present snacks and beverages to the firefighters, generously sponsored by Newton County Young Farmers.

Thank you to all of our community partners who invested in the growth and development of our future leaders today!
