Yesterday was "Buddy Project Day" and our students got to pair up with other classes to work on a project together one last time before we say goodbye for the summer.

Our kindergarteners celebrated “Disney Day” yesterday with some fun activities and a virtual roller coaster ride!

A huge THANK YOU to our PTO for spoiling the teachers and staff earlier this month during Teachers Appreciation Week! These are just a few of the treats they provided throughout the week.

Holy Family's Got Talent!
We held our annual talent show yesterday and were amazed by our students' skills. We had musicians, artists, athletes, gymnasts and more!

Congratulations to our April PrinciPAL Award winners! These students were chosen from their homerooms for exhibiting the virtue of Obedience during the month of April.

Field Day was a huge success!
We had balloon relays, mummy-making and water balloon fights, among other fun games spread throughout the day and all over the school.

Friday was a busy day at Holy Family - our students also had their last opportunity to shop the StEP Store for the year and spend their hard-earned "money" thanks to the Susan Sargen Student Enterprise Program and The Alpaugh Family Economics Center at UC. Basketballs and soccer balls were the big items this quarter - some of our students saved a little each quarter so they could afford one. We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in this wonderful program and look forward to welcoming StEP Store back next year.

On Friday we held our annual Walk-a-Thon! 🚶‍♀️🚶 Students were encouraged to dress in Luau-themed 🌴🌺 attire for a chance to win one of our awards for best dressed. We also awarded prizes for our top individual and family fundraisers. Thankfully the rain held off for most of the afternoon so everybody could enjoy this fun event outside. Thank you to everybody who donated to support our school and our students!

We had a special visitor today in Kindergarten and 1st & 2nd grade. Father Maher brought his dog Indigo to visit! She was the most popular visitor we've had all year. 🙂

Did you notice the Nice Notes our students left around school and church yesterday?

Our Science Fair wrapped up last week with a family night in our cafeteria. Awards were presented to our older students, our 3rd & 4th graders presented their individual projects, and grades K-2 shared their classroom projects. All students in attendance received a new Science Kit, given to our school by some generous donors. Congratulations to everybody on a job well done!
