This week may include tests, projects, and presentations. Stay organized and take it one step at a time. Make a simple plan for what you need to prepare each day. Review notes for tests, practice your presentations, and double-check project deadlines. Put your phone away while you work, get enough sleep, eat before school, and show up on time. Do your best and finish the semester strong. 💛🖤

🎓 Cortes Family Scholarship 2026 🎓
Calling all Northview Seniors in Football and Spirit of Northview Band! The Cortes family is once again giving back to our Vikings with TWO scholarships, one for a football student-athlete and one for a band student. ✨

Mr. Cortes, a longtime Northview coach and proud parent of three Viking grads, is honoring students who have grown through our programs. If that’s you… this is your moment!

📌 Requirements:
• Must be a current senior
• 500-word essay: How has Northview Football OR Spirit of Northview Band helped you grow in high school?
• Must have a 2.7+ GPA
• No outstanding program fees
• Essay must be anonymous — no name or position
• Turn in your essay to Coach Leyva or Mr. Gin
• Recipient selected by Mr. Cortes and his sons
