Thank you everyone that voted. It was a great display of our democracy and was one of the largest turnouts we have seen in years.

Although I did not secure a seat for CVUSD Area 5 I can say whether you donated, made phone calls, or canvassed, you all played a critical role in the campaign. We have learned and will be better next time. Thank you so much to my family, friends, businesses and voters that supported the campaign.

The work is not done. I will continue to help the children of Covina the best I can and will be back in in 2024.

This is my 8th grader. She has dreams just like your kids. I want them both to have the same tools, support, hope. The outcomes won’t be the same but the foundation should be.

Having a 1st grader, 8th grader and a son in the , Cicero can empathize with every parents struggle. He has a history of working to empower our children. As a City of Covina Parks & Recreation commissioner and past educator for Princeton Review teaching ACT/SAT prep and assisting with the college admissions process, Covina Sunrise Rotary President and interact liaison he will bring a wealth of knowledge.
