What an incredible morning we had with these beautiful ladies. We gathered together to learn some very important lifesaving skills. I couldn’t be more proud of these ladies, many of which are returning students. Thank you for having faith in me !! ♥️♥️♥️

Not only schools, but businesses of all types should have a plan in place. If not having all your employees trained at least have several key or lead employees on each shift or in each work area or job site trained in basic First Aid and CPR !!!

The American Heart Association Cardiac Emergency Response Plan is a written document that establishes the specific steps to reduce death from cardiac arrest in any setting – be it a school, community organization, workplace, or sports facility.
