Bare Toes IG - Nature and meditation program for children of ages 1 to 6 years and parents. Play, hikes, nature projects, art, music and more !

The program is based on helping to connect with our true self using mindfulness activities. All while being present and aware of the magic and love around and inside us. Our goal is to have everyone get involved in the class by sharing who you are and to help our kids to reach their higher-self.

This is us, the founders of this magical program. My husband Tim and my daughter Talulah 🌸💖 my inspiration and motor ❤️ We are a Mexican- American family living in Coventry, CT in a very magical forest where our classes will be taking place.

Me, Paulina, have traveled the world working as a babysitter and as a Montessori assistant back in Mexico for the last 15 years before I found my treasure, my family ❤️

My heart is full of love and experiences to share with you all and have to opportunity to keep learning and filling my hearth with the light of life we all have inside us ✨❤️
