Southampton Middle School emerged from a junior high school on Jerusalem Road in 1982. In 1995, the faculty, staff, and students moved into their newly renovated home, formerly a high school built in 1955. In our new building, we have grown from approximately 500 students and 50 faculty and staff members to more than 700 students and 60 faculty and staff members.

Attention families! The SMS PTO will be hosting a Sneaker Ball which will be Luau Themed on June 9, 2023 from 6pm-8pm in the Gym at SMS. Tickets are $5 and will be sold during grade level lunches. Dress is casual, please follow SMS Dress Code Policy. Concessions will be also be sold. For questions please contact a PTO representative.

The SCS Mental Health Awareness Fair will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023. The time of the fair is from 3 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. The location of the fair is Southampton High School. This event is open to all Southampton County Parents and Students.
