BSLA No. 2 We at Williams Christian Daycare Center, NFP are very passionate about our commitment to you and your child.

My educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that early childhood education is essential and my goal as a provider is to instill in children a love for learning. Our goals, with your help, are to exceed in enhancing your child's spiritual growth, academic excellence and character development. Each child shall be recognized as an individual whose gender, ability, personal privacy, choice of ac

tivities, cultural, ethnic and religious background shall be respected. Our curriculum has been carefully chosen to stimulate your child's desire for discovering the world around them. We provide a basic program of activities geared to the age levels and developmental needs of the children served. We then tailor our curriculum to each individual child to meet their individual needs.

🔤 Learning Starts With Their Name!

Our preschoolers are practicing spelling and recognizing their own names! Using letters to build their names helps strengthen letter recognition, early literacy, fine motor skills, and confidence. Seeing that proud little face when they get it right makes learning even sweeter! 💙📚

🌞 Outdoor Play = Learning Too!

Our little learners are enjoying some fresh air, imagination, and fun! From pretend cooking to playing together with friends, outdoor play helps children build social skills, creativity, independence, and gross motor skills while simply being kids. 💚

🍳🛒 Learning Through Dramatic Play!

Our preschoolers are busy cooking, shopping, caring for babies, and using their imaginations in our dramatic play center! ❤️ Through pretend play, children build language, social skills, creativity, problem-solving, and independence while learning about everyday life.

They may think they’re just playing, but there’s a whole lot of learning happening! 🥰

🐥 All About Me Week: Baby Chicks! 🐥

During All About Me Week, our preschoolers learned about baby chicks and how they start off small and grow, just like we do! 💛 Then they created their own colorful chicks using feathers, celebrating how we can all look different and still be special in our own way. 🪶🌈

😴📚 Nap Time Is Part of Learning Too!

At Bright Start, we understand that a child’s brain needs time to rest, recharge, and process everything they’ve learned. Nap time is a crucial part of our learning day because well-rested children are better prepared to focus, participate, regulate their emotions, and enjoy the rest of their day. 💛

Rest isn’t a break from learning. It’s part of the learning process! 💤✨

🎶🛑 Dance, Dance… FREEZE!

Our preschoolers had a blast playing the Freeze Game! They danced, moved, laughed, and when the music stopped… everybody FREEZE! 🕺🏽💃🏽😂

Games like this are not only fun, they help children practice listening skills, following directions, self-control, and gross motor development.

Learning looks a lot like FUN around here! 💛
