CGHS Cross Country and Girls Golf were our door greeters this morning. As an added bonus, Coach Gant invites his XC Team to have donuts with his 6th grade class afterwards. 💙💛

We’ve had a lot of indoor recess at CGES this week but our classes make the best of it, whether it’s Mr Finch sharing half the gym to give classes room to be active or our teachers getting fun toys out in their classrooms.
Mrs. Sommer’s 1st grader were all smiles with their choices for indoor recess today and she shared that not one student in her class wanted to play games on their computer instead.
Giving students a chance to play and interact is an important part of their day and at CGES all of our classes get a morning and afternoon recess.
