A new and fun way to run scenarios during class! We recently purchased virtual reality (VR) through SimX and began putting students through scenarios last week! They all had a blast and while debriefing, all said that it made it feel more real! So cool to see technology like this be invented and we are very thankful to have this as an asset! VR will now be a big part of our education! 🤓

A little late in posting, but here are some photos from our 2nd Annual EMS Bootcamp with LifeNet 1-1 Omaha!! A fun time was had by all!! Thank you to Donut Stop in Shenandoah for donating the delicious donuts, thank you to HyVee on Madison Avenue in Council Bluffs for the donation of coffee, and to H7 eats for providing lunch!! We greatly appreciate everyone who came out and had some fun!! See you next year!!

We received an email this morning stating the following and we wanted to share with everyone:

"I just wanted to send you a quick email saying thank you for your work with the IWCC EMT program. You were nothing but accommodating throughout the process. Yesterday, I was fortunate enough to get a congratulations email informing me that I passed the NREMT written test on my first attempt. Your program and Instructor Scott Eanes are major keys to my success. Thanks for everything."

It is very rewarding to receive emails like this after a student passes their National Registry exam, especially on the first try! 😎
