Where are they now?
Before attending Iowa Western Montana Jemente was a powerplant technician in the United States Air Force. She earned her A&P at Iowa Western and joined the 2.8% of women in this field this past July!

When an aircraft’s flying days are over, its journey doesn’t have to end. Iowa Western has proudly used this Cessna 182A as a training aid for decades, helping students prepare for careers working on airworthy aircraft. Now, as Iowa Western passes the torch, this 182A is continuing its legacy of learning at the Burke Air and Space Academy in Omaha. We’re thrilled to see this airframe carry on, inspiring and educating the next generation of aviation professionals!
