We're excited to welcome Mrs. Cupit Stott to our ELL team this year! She will be splitting her time between Roosevelt and Carter Lake Elementary.

With 32 years of teaching experience, Mrs. Cupit Stott is passionate about helping students feel supported, build confidence, and celebrate their growth. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones!

We're excited to welcome Ms. Ronk to Roosevelt as a specialized paraprofessional in our Autism Program!

Ms. Ronk brings several years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and is passionate about creating a structured, consistent, and positive learning environment for students. Outside of school, she enjoys music, cooking, camping, traveling, and fishing with her family.

Welcome to Roosevelt, Ms. Nitkey! 🍎

We're excited to welcome Ms. Nitkey to Roosevelt as a specialized paraprofessional in our Autism Program!

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Ms. Nitkey has been working with children since 2021 and brings two years of experience as a paraeducator. Outside of school, she's a singer-songwriter who enjoys creating music for live performances. She is excited to learn more about our Autism Program and become part of the Roosevelt community.

Welcome to Roosevelt, Ms. Wagoner!🍎

We're excited to welcome Ms. Wagoner to Roosevelt as a specialized paraprofessional in our Autism Program!

Ms. Wagoner is beginning her first full year supporting students in an Autism Program classroom while continuing her studies in education at Iowa Western Community College. She enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, and is excited to continue learning while making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

🎵 Welcome to Roosevelt, Mrs. Cox! 🍎

We're excited to welcome Mrs. Cox as our new music teacher!

Mrs. Cox brings 34 years of experience teaching elementary music and a lifelong passion for helping students discover the joy of music. In addition to teaching, she plays both the piano and violin, teaches private violin lessons, and enjoys performing with local music groups. Outside of school, she and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
