New flexible lab spaces at the IWCC Cass County Center - Atlantic and Iowa Western Community College Clarinda Center will support career academies, apprenticeships, continuing education, and hands-on training in high-demand fields such as agriculture, manufacturing, HVAC, plumbing, construction, and more.

Randy Pash has been a dedicated trustee at Iowa Western for 32 years. During his service, Randy has overseen significant growth at the college, including the construction of numerous facilities, the addition of programs and services, and the expansion of Reiver Athletics. He has also been a Director of the Iowa Western Foundation Board for 26 years, serving as the Vice President for many of those years. His guidance has helped the Foundation more than double its assets. Board service at Iowa Western often extends beyond the required meeting, and Randy Pash has answered the call, representing the college at countless community events, conferences, and conventions throughout southwest Iowa and across the country. Randy has contributed his time, talents, and financial resources to Iowa Western and the Harlan Community for decades. His service and impact make Randy a deserving recipient of the 2026 John P. Kibbie Award. 🧡
