Yesterday, Junior Jacket Robotics competed at the Trojan Robotics - Mix & Match VEX IQ Tournament in State Center Iowa. The teams all showed up ready to compete! The tournament ran smooth and junior jacket robotics represented very well!
We would like to give a few shout outs! the first to 2501V on bringing home the Excellence Award! the second to 2501X for winning Design, the third to 2501W for bringing home the Innovate, Teamwork Champions and Robot Skills Champion (with a score of 107!). and last but definitely not least, 2501U for bringing home the sportsmanship award! When an unfortunate accident happened and one of the Trojan robots hit the floor and was pretty busted up, 2501U didn't waste a second and help them grab the robot and get it rebuilt so the team could continue to compete!
The drive home was another story... we are glad everyone finished the day safe.
Great job to all teams!
