Our breath is the vital energy that keeps us alive!
We have a tendency to hold our breath- this means we have a tendency to block ourselves from receiving. If you are not allowing yourself to receive the life force through the breath -then how are you going to receive love, compassion, forgiveness, health, and abundance?!
