True Grit Leadership True Grit Leadership equips people to lead through life's challenges, and we use HORSES to do it! True Grit Leadership--it takes grit to lead life well!

We provide personal and professional development for individuals or groups. We facilitate an experience to learn more about yourself, your team/family, your goals, and we happen to use horses to do it. The technique is Equine Assisted Learning (EAL), and is all from the ground (no riding). Interactions with the horses can reflect working with strengths, challenges and solutions for the person o

r group. 90 minute classes or half day workshops available by appointment only. All activities covered in prayer. Common topics for classes include: conflict management, healthy boundaries, building confidence/trust, grief and loss, decisionmaking, teamwork and teambuilding. Insights and action steps are captured during reflection and debriefing.

Last week we had the privilege of holding 3 different classes for Verde Christian Academy High Schoolers, 39 people. They came away with great ideas of how to individually and collectively protect the culture of building Christ-like character, when new students are coming in, and the world is always pulling you away from Christ. The comradery, focus and problem solving were inspiring.
