Unfortunately, this weekend’s Leg Lock Seminar with Drew Murillo has been CANCELLED.

We know a lot of you were looking forward to getting on the mats with Drew, and we’re disappointed we won’t be able to make it happen this weekend.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and will keep you posted on any future seminar opportunities.

Regular class schedules will continue as usual.

🥋 BIG SCHEDULE CHANGE TONIGHT!

We’ve got a special black belt guest coming out from Renzo Gracie’s Academy in Manhattan, so we’re making a few changes to tonight’s schedule to make the most of the opportunity.

📍 SEDONA
Adult BJJ: 5:00–5:30 PM
We’re shortening class so the Sedona crew can head over to Cottonwood and get in on this too.

📍 COTTONWOOD
BJJ: 6:00–7:45 PM
We’re adding an extra 30 minutes to class tonight. 🔥

🥊 MUAY THAI
7:30 PM — 15 minutes later than usual.

This is a rare opportunity to get on the mats with a black belt coming from one of the most respected academies in Jiu-Jitsu.

Come train. You don’t want to miss this one.
