Amazing work Pine Hill Family!

We have raised $20,000 and have achieved our third school wide goal of a Pajama/Comfy Clothes day. To celebrate, dress in your pajamas or comfy clothes on Tuesday, October 6th.

We are in the final push of our fundraiser, with 3 days left! Donations will be collected through 11:59pm on Thursday, October 8th.

🕒 Still Need Volunteers! PHE Scholastic Fall 2026 Book Fair 📚
We still have volunteer slots open for our Fall Book Fair at Pine Hill Elementary School Media Center!
The Perks: Earn $5 Scholastic Dollars for every shift you complete to spend in-person at the fair!
Get Involved: Help check out customers, answer questions, or keep books organized. You can sign up for as many shifts as you'd like, and it's a great chance to volunteer with your responsible child age 12+!
School Day Shifts Note: Remember that shifts during the school day require a district background check ($6, takes 5+ days to process).

🍎 Staff Appreciation: Jimmy John's Conference Dinner Sign-Up 🥪
Parent-teacher conferences are right around the corner, and we want to help keep our wonderful teachers fueled! Please consider helping us provide dinner on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
There are two ways you can contribute:

Way to go Pine Hill family! We have raised $15,000 and are half way to our total goal!
This means we achieved our second school-wide prize, Stuffed Animal Day.
To celebrate, please bring your stuffed animal on Friday, October 2nd. Stuffed animals should fit inside your students backpack.

We are looking for volunteers to help make our upcoming Fun Run a huge success on Tuesday, October 13th!
Volunteers will be right on-site helping pass out gold coins to students as they conquer their laps. 🎉

Help make our book fair a success! Pine Hill Elementary School is looking for volunteers to help check out customers, answer questions, and keep books organized in the Media Center.
Quick Details & Perks:
Perk: Earn $5 Scholastic Dollars for every shift completed, valid for in-person spending at the Fall 2026 book fair only.
Family Friendly: A great opportunity to volunteer alongside a responsible child aged 12 and older.

Get ready to set sail because the 2026 Pine Hill Fundraiser is officially underway! Our school-wide goal is $30,000, and we need your help to bridge the financial gap and support our amazing students all year long!

Fundraiser Begins: Today, Friday, 9/18/2026!
Final Donation Date: Thursday, 10/8/2026
Fun Run: Tuesday, 10/13/2026 (Rain Date: 10/23/2026) (Note: Due to construction and limited space, spectators will not be able to attend the Fun Run this year).
