This summer, the Office of Global Education and Outreach sent students to Northern Ireland to serve alongside Cornerstone City Church during their annual I Heart Derry service week. Through children’s ministry, soccer outreach, prayer ministry, and community service, the team shared Christ’s love and built connections. 🌎

They are reaching indigenous tribal communities in the Amazon jungle with the Gospel through oral Bible storytelling. For Vanguard University’s Dean of the School of Education, Renee Rose ‘92, teaching is a divine calling. Her professional journey took her from being a Vanguard student in the 1990s to stepping into the front lines of the classroom as a professor and academic leader, and now leading VU’s School of Education.
