I can't stop listening to this song and I've been an Adéla fan since day 1 so of course had to remix it.

[ THE DOSE ] A potent 30 minute mix, administered at home for immediate relief. Side effects include dancing in your kitchen and forgetting what you were worried about.

The world is at war with a condition.
The conditioning of the mind.
Dance music is the antidote.
Are you ready for your dose?

Comment DOSE ME.

Turns out my brain doesn’t go quiet in a sound bath. It goes quiet when the kick drops.
And it’s not just me, research shows that dance music lights up the brain’s reward and focus systems, and ADHD brains are basically wired to chase that feeling. Guess that explains how I ended up becoming a DJ.

Anyone relate?
