Vanguard University Facility Services Maintenance: We take care of plumbing, electrical, painting, locksmith, and carpentry requests.

A few examples of maintenance requests include clogged toilets, lights out, locks broken, etc. Custodial: The Custodial Crew provides janitorial services that include cleaning all facilities on campus including classro

oms, staff/faculty offices, public areas (ie: residence hall lobbies, the Cove), restrooms, etc. We have two Custodians who are designated to complete projects including power washing exterior areas on campus and deep cleaning carpets. The night shift Custodian takes care of emptying trash receptacles, re-stocking restrooms and restroom cleaning. Grounds: Grounds takes care of landscaping, athletic field maintenance, and exterior cleaning (ie: weed control, removing disregarded debris, emptying exterior garbage cans, etc.)
