SOUTH COAST INVITATIONAL — WE NEED YOUR HELP!
THIS WEEKEND — Friday, October 2 & Saturday, October 3
We are in the final days before the 39th Annual South Coast Invitational, and we still need your help!
CURRENT NEEDS
202 FOOD DONATIONS NEEDED
67 VOLUNTEER POSITIONS OPEN
FRIDAY NIGHT — SETUP HELP NEEDED
We need volunteers to help set up after Friday night's football game.
CMHS Band families: Sign up through the MESA Music App → CSBC South Coast Invitational (ALL HANDS ON DECK).
SATURDAY — VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We especially need help 4:00–7:00 PM, while the Mustang Marching Regiment is preparing, performing, and changing out of uniform.
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Band Guides
• Hospitality
• Visiting Band Assistance
• Runners
• Setup/Breakdown
• General Event Support
No experience necessary — we'll show you what to do!
Students can also earn community service hours.
IMPORTANT — MMR STUDENTS
ALL Mustang Marching Regiment students MUST VOLUNTEER.

Reminder: a special Rubio’s fundraiser benefiting the Costa Mesa High School Marching Band and Color Guard!

30% of event sales will be donated back to our program! *Gift card sales, alcoholic beverage sales, delivery fees, and third party delivery orders are excluded. Orders must be placed on the day of your scheduled event at the given location.

There are two easy ways to participate:

In Restaurant: Present the attached flyer and scan the QR code at the register when placing your order.
