KRS Baseball
A core group of friends united by their love for the game.
Day after day, rep after rep, they show up ready to learn—every position, every situation, every challenge the game can throw at them. They work hard, compete hard, and push each other to get better.
But beyond the wins, the stats, and the highlights, what stands out most is their passion for baseball and the friendships being built along the way.
The game teaches discipline. The game builds character. The game creates memories.
And with every practice, every inning, and every opportunity to step on the field, these young ballplayers are falling more in love with the game they share.
⚾️ Tribe. Growth. Baseball.

Some people may look at this and see trophies, awards, and accomplishments. We see something different.
We see early mornings, extra reps, dirt on uniforms, lessons learned through failure, and a young athlete choosing hard work over excuses.
Noelani’s journey has been blessed with some incredible milestones:
⚾ 2024 Anaheim Angels Nike RBI Youth League MVP
⚾ 2025 Costa Mesa Little League Minor C Division Best Sportsmanship Award
⚾ 2025 Costa Mesa Little League Minor C Division Team MVP
⚾ Team MVP two seasons in a row (2024 & 2025)
⚾ Standout pitcher in Minor B Division
⚾ Training and development with Coach Brian Rauh of Baseball
⚾ Advancement to NHBA 9U
⚾ Selected to the All-Star Team
But this post isn’t about awards.
It’s about what those awards represent.
A kid who loves baseball. A kid who chooses practice when screens are easier. A kid who shows up for teammates, encourages friends, respects coaches, and keeps striving to be better than he was yesterday.
The goal has never been to collect trophies. The goal is to build character, discipline, leadership, and a love for the game.
If this inspires even one young athlete to put down the phone, get outside, work hard, and bring others along with them, then it’s worth sharing.
Keep grinding, keep learning, stay humble, and never stop chasing growth.
Proud of you, Noelani . The best chapters are still ahead. ⚾🤙

KRS — Keliinoi Restorative System — wasn’t built overnight.
It was developed through years of:
* Hawaiian restorative principles
* Ākea Wellness training through Kaito Gakko Martial Arts School
* Danzan Ryū / Okazaki restorative influence
* ocean-athlete recovery
* tactical stress management
* and Unbeatable Mind coaching under Mark Divine
Over time, one thing became clear:
Most people know how to push hard.
Very few know how to recover correctly.
KRS was created to help restore:
* the body
* the nervous system
* breath control
* mobility
* composure under pressure
* and long-term performance
Not spa wellness.
Not fake motivation.
Real restoration for people carrying real pressure.
The ocean became part of the philosophy because it teaches:
* rhythm
* resilience
* adaptability
* humility
* calm under pressure
That became the foundation of KRS.
Recovery is readiness.
Built for athletes, protectors, fathers, leaders, and anyone committed to sustaining high performance with purpose.

Tried the PAʻAKAI electrolytes from after training this week and was honestly surprised how good they were. Clean taste, no weird aftertaste, and I actually felt rehydrated instead of bloated.
Definitely different than the usual sports drinks.
Guava lava flavor was solid🏆

We’re the last generation that knew life before the scroll…
before moments needed proof, and memories needed likes.
Now everyone’s documenting the problem instead of fixing it—
record first, react later.
Funny how we got smarter,
but forgot how to figure things out.
Stay present. Stay dangerous.
Nobody wakes up early on accident.
This is earned in the dark—
⚓️ Oarsman Harpoon mindset
Grip it. Drive it. Don’t quit.
SealFit principles in our DNA:
Discipline > motivation. Always.
Early mornings build what comfort never will:
✔ Work capacity
✔ Strength under load
✔ Durability
✔ Endurance
When life hits…
you don’t rise up—
you fall back on your training.
Train like it matters.
“If you can’t get strong with this… the problem isn’t equipment.”
MINIMAL EQUIPMENT WORKOUT

Most people blame equipment.
Weak people blame time.
Strong people train anyway.
This entire workout was done with:
• one kettlebell
• a sandbag
• a floor & A stability Ball
That’s it.
No machines.
No fancy gym.
No excuses.
Just hinge power, pushing strength, and posterior chain durability.
Minimal equipment.
Maximum intent.
This is the foundation of the UNBEATABLE body.
Train simple.
Train hard.
Stay dangerous.
SERIOUS QUESTION:
Would you rather have
A. A $10,000 home gym you barely use
B. One kettlebell and the discipline to train daily
Drop A or B 👇
Most men don’t need another motivational quote.
They need brothers who will tell them the truth.
The Way isn’t a Bible study.
It’s not a vent session.
It’s not a place to hide.
It’s accountability.
It’s discipline.
It’s spiritual leadership.
We don’t play church.
We walk it.
We confess.
We correct.
We build.
We lead our homes.
We follow Jesus — for real.
If you’re tired of drifting…
If you’re done with compromise…
If you’re ready to walk narrow instead of wide…
This is for you.
