The Arts & Learning Conservatory creates a fabulous experience on & off stage for each student through its unique performing arts program offering dynamic instruction in theater, voice, instrumental classes, and dance. Students in the A&L program receive university level concepts presented at age appropriate levels which allows participants to achieve higher levels of excellence in their personal & artistic ability.

For more than two decades, Debora has transformed her passion for the arts into opportunity, growing ALC from just 21 students to serving 3,800 young people annually across Orange
County.

Through her visionary leadership, ALC continues to expand access to high-quality arts education in music, theater, dance, and technical theater, while creating meaningful career
pathways for young people through innovative apprenticeship programs. 🎭🎶✨
