We're almost halfway through the year! I'm thrilled to still be going strong in the mortgage game, despite tackling some tough files. Fortunately, all my clients are happily settled into their new homes. Looking forward to sharing valuable tips here, such as strategies for down payments and closing costs, so stay tuned!

This was probably one of the best work trips I’ve ever taken. I got to spend four lovely days with amazing women. Enjoyed the beautiful view. The hotel… the food…. everything was impeccable and I was still working even on vacation. That’s how much I love my clients…a little bit of play a little bit of work a little of everything!

Working with the right people matters…. When I say I deliver results, I mean business. My clients’ satisfaction is my top priority, and I won’t give up until they receive the keys to their home - whether it’s their dream home, investment property, or second home. Being asked to write a review by this agent, who I worked with for the first time, was a wonderful surprise. Her recognition of my behind-the-scenes efforts, which often go unnoticed, meant everything to me. My heart is happy. My heart is full. I love my clients and the team I surround myself with.

Every single time except there is more explicit language after we hang up….lol at the end of the day it’s all about the client and getting the job done!

Sometimes when we think everything has cleared one little thing pops up that we need to address before we can get our final clear to close. And this is the face that I make every single time. Yes I’m annoyed… However, I have the bigger picture in mind… I know I’m changing people’s lives and the goal is to get them into their homes. So at the end of the day we do what we have to do so that I can get my client into their home and start creating beautiful memories

Memorial Day reminds us that the freedom we enjoy has been paid for with lives.

It’s also a time to support the families left behind, many of whom still don’t know what they’re entitled to through their loved one’s service.

One of the most overlooked benefits is the VA home loan for surviving spouses.

This isn’t talked about enough, and the truth is, many families miss out simply because no one told them they might qualify.

Some key things to know:

• You may qualify even if you’ve never used the benefit before

• Remarriage doesn’t always disqualify someone (it depends on when and at what age).

• Spouses of those missing in action or held as POW may also qualify

• Most surviving spouses don’t pay the VA funding fee

• You can use it to buy, build, refinance, or purchase a manufactured home with land
