ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) is now accepting applications for Fall 2026 in Mason, Thurston, and Grays Harbor counties for qualifying families with kids 3-5 years old. Offering education, health, and family support.

Our staff works with you to ensure that your families’ basic needs like housing, food and healthcare are met. You will receive support on how to be your child’s first and most important teacher with resources that can be viewed at your convenience.

Come check out our drop in play group and resource center. No sign up necessary! Kids get a chance to do an art project, play at early learning stations, hear a story, sing songs, and get some energy out. Parents can pick up resources, diapers, and talk with other parents and Parent Educators from the Parents as Teachers program.

Are you a Grays Harbor College student who is also a parent and exploring options for childcare support? This post is for you!

The Grays Harbor College Foundation Childcare Assistance Grant is available to help student parents offset the cost of licensed childcare while they are enrolled at GHC.

Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis throughout the school year while funding remains available, and award amounts may vary. Students may receive this grant once per quarter, and funding is limited and not guaranteed.
